This gelding was hard to keep a saddle on everything would side . He also has high withers so they would get sore . With the SPH pad with the neoprene bottom the saddle would stay without pulling him in half and kept him from get sore . That is what I like about this pad and why I ride it on all my personal horses and client horses aswell .
